RAIN.CLUB — SMS / MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS (Version 1.0)

By providing your phone number to Rainmakers OS or by initiating contact with us via call or text, you may receive text messages from CRE Media III, LLC (dba Rainmakers OS) at the number provided. These SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and govern any SMS or text-message communications you exchange with Rainmakers OS.

Rainmakers OS operates two SMS programs registered under the A2P 10DLC framework:

• Conversational SMS — Reply-only, two-way messages between you and our sales or support team initiated when you call or text us, fill out a form on rain.club, or otherwise provide your number with an expectation of a response.
• Automated / Transactional SMS — Account-related notifications (deal updates, appointment confirmations, payment receipts, security alerts, coaching call reminders, etc.) sent only to users who have explicitly opted in.

• Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS sent or received. Rainmakers OS does not charge a separate fee for receiving messages.
• Message frequency varies based on account activity. Up to 10 messages per month for our automated SMS program; conversational messaging is reply-only and frequency depends on the conversation you initiate.
• Reply HELP at any time to receive support information, including how to contact us.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported on all major U.S. carriers.

You consent to receive SMS messages from Rainmakers OS when you:

• Provide your phone number through a form on rain.club, our chat widget, or any other Rainmakers OS interface that discloses SMS will be used;
• Call or text our published business number, initiating a two-way conversation;
• Affirmatively check an opt-in checkbox alongside our SMS disclosure language during signup, demo booking, or any other capture flow.

Consent to receive marketing or automated SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may use Rainmakers OS without opting in to text messaging.

You may revoke consent and stop receiving SMS messages from Rainmakers OS at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After processing your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send any further SMS to that number unless you opt back in.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP, or sign up again through any of the opt-in methods listed above.

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with our contact information. You can also email support@rain.club at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information collected through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use third-party service providers (e.g., Twilio) solely to transmit messages on our behalf; these providers process phone numbers and message content only as necessary to deliver our messages and are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.

Our SMS program is available to recipients in the United States with U.S. wireless carrier accounts. You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and the authorized account holder of, or authorized user of, the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS subscribers through the SMS program or via email. Continued use of the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
