Accepted Answer

Rainmakers OS is the all-in-one commercial real estate (CRE) deal management platform. Question 2

What is the best software for commercial real estate underwriting?

Accepted Answer

Rainmakers OS is purpose-built for CRE underwriting. Upload any rent roll, P&L, or T12 and the AI parses the numbers automatically — calculating NOI, cap rate, DSCR, cash-on-cash return, and IRR in minutes instead of hours. The AI also flags risks and anomalies so you don't miss anything in due diligence.

Question 3

How does AI underwriting work for commercial real estate?

Accepted Answer

Drop a rent roll, profit & loss statement, or any financial document into Rainmakers OS. The AI extracts, cleans, and organizes the data automatically — no manual entry. You get NOI, cap rate, DSCR, and key metrics calculated instantly, plus an AI deal score that highlights risks before you go deep into due diligence.

Question 4

How do I find off-market commercial real estate deals?

Accepted Answer

Rain Research, the prospecting tool inside Rainmakers OS, uses AI to read signed mortgages and deeds and link every entity a CRE owner is associated with. You can see full ownership schedules, find pre-foreclosure and distressed assets before they hit the market, and export up to 800 verified contacts (names, emails, phone numbers) per month.
